IDEA-FIX – Youth Social Entrepreneurship is a project aimed at promoting social entrepreneurship and increasing the employment inclusion of young people. The project aims to bring Ukrainian and Polish youth organizations together to share and expand their knowledge and skills related to social entrepreneurship. By creating a space for young people to meet, IDEA-FIX aims to empower them to become agents of change in their local communities.
The project will be implemented through a youth exchange program, where young people aged 18-25 from Ukraine and Poland will have the opportunity to participate in a series of activities, including workshops, simulations games, group process, reflection, and evaluation sessions. The activities will focus on promoting social entrepreneurship, developing creativity, and fostering innovation.
Through the program, participants will acquire new competencies and skills related to social entrepreneurship and develop their individual personalities, becoming more self-confident and free-minded. The project aims to raise awareness of social entrepreneurship as a possible way to solve social problems and increase employment inclusion among young people. By promoting social entrepreneurship, IDEA-FIX aims to encourage young people to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to social challenges and become active and engaged citizens.
The project will be led by Młodzieżowe Centrum Innowacji “Unique” from Poland. The project team consists of experienced members with high education levels and skills in planning, organization, coordination, project writing and hosting, training, and non-formal education intercultural learning methods. The team has experience in implementing projects, generating ideas, and developing social skills, including youth exchange, cooperation, and training projects.
The project is open to Ukrainian partners, who must be registered non-profit organizations with a focus on youth development and social entrepreneurship. Partners must have experience in organizing and implementing international youth exchange programs and social entrepreneurship initiatives. They must have a dedicated and experienced team with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement the project successfully and be committed to the project’s aims and objectives. They must have good communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with the project team. Partners must have access to the project’s target group (18-25 years old) and have experience in working with young people with fewer opportunities.
